Swallowdale Inn B&B enjoys perhaps the premier waterfront location on beautiful Fairy Lake. We face West into spectacular, salmon-pink sunsets. A selection of typical sunsets is in the gallery below.
The Swallowdale Inn B&B was the brainchild of artist Oscar Fairman who worked and painted with members of the Group of Seven from the 1920s and whose own work was displayed in the Galleries across Canada. Some of his field sketches from the 1940s are in the gallery below. Originally intended as a hunting lodge, the B&B is now run by his daughter for those seeking the traditional Bed & Breakfast experience of rest and relaxation in glorious but home-like surroundings.
